If you haven’t finished the integration at the onboarding stage, you can do it after the registration. In this case, when you open the Gravitec.net dashboard, you will see Website has no subscribers. Make sure that all integration steps were completed.

Click Settings to configure the integration options. There are four integration options.

• Standard is the integration by adding a script and installing SDK files.
• WordPress is the integration by installing the WordPress plugin.
• Shopify is the integration by adding a script to your Shopify website.
• WIX, Tilda, and others is the integration for websites that have no capability to include SDK in their root folder.

⚠ Shopify, WIX/Tilda integrations are available only if you have specified this option when adding your website. Otherwise, you need to delete your website in the General tab and add it again bearing this in mind.

After you have finished all the stages, the “no subscribers” caption will disappear.
