In the Gravitec.net service, you can create custom subscriber segments and use them for your targeted campaigns. To start segmenting, click Segments in the left-side menu.

After opening the Segments section, you will see the default All subscribers segment and the Create segment button.

Click Create segment to start filling in the required fields.

  1. Segment name is a text field to create a name for your new segment.
  2. Add tag by name is a drop-down list with the previously created tags on your website.

While adding tags, you can set additional logical combinations and exclusions.

  1. Browsers is a drop-down list with the available browsers of subscribers.

4**. Countries** is a drop-down list with the countries where your subscribers are located.

  1. Cities is a drop-down list with the cities of your subscribers.

  2. OS is a drop-down list of the operating systems that your subscribers use.

  3. Language is a drop-down list with the languages of your subscribers.

⚠ Parameters specified in points 3 to 7 are identified by client.js when a website visitor subscribes to notifications.

  1. Subscribers in the segment shows the number of subscribers in the segment that you have just created.

  1. Save and Cancel buttons
